Description

RVR’s “HSWR-W-23H” Fabric wrapping machine that stretch wraps the fabric roll with stretch film to lower packing cost. It is used to protect fabric rolls from dust and moisture while they are being stored and transported. It reduces labour costs and packing time significantly. It is a fully electronic machine with inverter controlled.

Special Features

  •   The machine incorporates a Japanese-based Kansai stitching machine for sewing.

  •   The machine is ergonomically designed and built

  •   A web guide sensor is used to centre the input fabric.

  •   A 10" inch HMI Panel is included as the interactive control system

  •   PLC control systems are used for synchronised purposes.

  •   All rollers are synchronised with the invertor

  •   An auto edge alignment system is used to centre the fabric for folding.

  •   Electronic Decurler units are used in the folding process to remove edge curls.

  •   The relaxing plaiting function is used to relieve fabric tension.

  •   The de-threading unit is used to pull the thread, and the tubular fabric returns to its original width.

  •   Emergency Stop facility is provided as per Safety Norms.
